Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We can't currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or outside the UK.

Delivery costs

Free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more.
Launch offer: free standard delivery on orders of £40 or more until 1 January 2027.
Standard delivery, orders up to 10kg: £2.99
Standard delivery, orders over 10kg and up to 20kg: £5.99
Next working day delivery: £7.99 (free delivery offers apply to standard delivery only)

How we deliver and how long it takes

Standard delivery is sent with Evri or Royal Mail and usually arrives within 3–5 working days.
Next working day delivery is sent with DPD and usually arrives the next working day. Order by 1pm, Monday to Friday, for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm, or at the weekend, are dispatched the next working day.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. We'll email you when your order is on its way, with tracking details where the delivery service provides them.

Delivery can take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, or because of severe weather or carrier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of you placing it, you can cancel it and we'll refund you in full.

Problems with your delivery

Damaged or missing items: please email us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and, if you can, a photo. We'll put it right with a replacement or a refund.
Order not arrived: if your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch email, let us know and we'll chase it with the delivery company.
Wrong address: please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to change it before your order is sent.
