Terms and Conditions


  • Immediate payment is required on all purchases.
  • The total you pay is the total listed price at the time of order.


  • All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of shipping.
  • All items are despatched by the end of the next working day from receipt of cleared payment.
  • Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Failed delivery attempts will be carded; you must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection.
  • Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any initial delivery charges (£6.99 for items over 1kg, £2.99 for items under 1kg, Pallets and heavy items £49.99).
  • All delivery charges are to mainland UK and Northern Ireland only addresses.
  • We regret that we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, BFPO addresses, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, P.O Box addresses or the Republic of Ireland.
  • We do not offer a collection service.
  • We are unable to change delivery address details once you have paid.
  • Please ensure you have an up to date daytime telephone number on your account should we need to contact you.
  • Most of our items are sent via Royal Mail Second Class allow 3-5 working days for delivery
  • Larger and or heavier items are sent via a 48 hour courier service (usually ParcelForce).
  • Bulky items may be sent via a Pallet delivery company.


  • You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date of delivery to your address.
  • For an efficient and swift service contact us directly first to request a refund.
  • Returned items must be in their original, re-saleable and unused condition complete with all parts, accessories and original packaging.
  • A full refund of the order will be processed less any delivery charges.
  • All return delivery costs are at the buyer's expense.
  • Due to hygienic reasons we can not accept return on any of our Health & Beauty products.

The above policies do not affect your statutory rights.
