Payment

Immediate payment is required on all purchases.

The total you pay is the total listed price at the time of order.
Delivery

All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of shipping.

All items are despatched by the end of the next working day from receipt of cleared payment.

Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Failed delivery attempts will be carded; you must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection.

Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any initial delivery charges (£6.99 for items over 1kg, £2.99 for items under 1kg, Pallets and heavy items £49.99).

All delivery charges are to mainland UK and Northern Ireland only addresses.

We regret that we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, BFPO addresses, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, P.O Box addresses or the Republic of Ireland.

We do not offer a collection service.

We are unable to change delivery address details once you have paid.

Please ensure you have an up to date daytime telephone number on your account should we need to contact you.

Most of our items are sent via Royal Mail Second Class allow 3-5 working days for delivery

Larger and or heavier items are sent via a 48 hour courier service (usually ParcelForce).

Bulky items may be sent via a Pallet delivery company.
Returns

You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date of delivery to your address.

For an efficient and swift service contact us directly first to request a refund.

Returned items must be in their original, re-saleable and unused condition complete with all parts, accessories and original packaging.

A full refund of the order will be processed less any delivery charges.

All return delivery costs are at the buyer's expense.

Due to hygienic reasons we can not accept return on any of our Health & Beauty products.
The above policies do not affect your statutory rights.
